My journey as a counselor began in 2015…

At Capella University, I was accepted into the Master’s program. Upon completion of my program, I interned as a counseling intern in a downtown hospital where I developed skills to support grieving clients, clients in crisis, end-of-life care, intensive out-patient therapy, and individual support for short-term behavioral care. From there I worked with adults and youth in a crisis stabilization unit, where I provided Solution-Focused interventions with individuals, groups and families. My next opportunity landed me in an agency where I provided trauma focused CBT with children and families. I launched my private practice in 2019 where I provide Integrative CBT therapy with spiritual guidance, teach in local organizations and academic settings, while providing online content through podcasts and social media to help educate the community about mental health.

As a counselor…

I feel honored to support people during challenging seasons. With my education, experience, and spiritual approach, I partner with others to provide a well-rounded approach to care. As a result of my ability to intuitively connect with others, we are able to explore the root of challenges, embrace new perspectives, and discover empowering insights that activate change. I have witnessed individuals find courage, reignite passion, find clarity, and ultimately experience life changing healing on mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
