What is Spiritual Guidance?

In therapy with me, we will discuss the challenges you face that are impacting you Metally and emotionally. We also utilize “spirituality” to help activate purpose, build a “tool-kit” that is unique to you and your healing process.

Is Counseling with Tele-Health the Same thing as Face to Face Counseling?

Yes. The quality of care is the same.

How Can I pay for my counseling session?

Using the “Theranest” patient portal clients will be able to enter information for secured processing and payment using credit cards. I also accept cash app.

I prefer to use my insurance instead of paying out of pocket, can I still schedule a session?

Is on-line counseling safe?

“Theranest” is a secure online platform that offers meetings through video. This program is HIPPA compliant. Due to the client meeting in a location of their choosing, it is their responsibility to ensure they are in a secure location during sessions. The counselor will always be in a secure and confidential location to preserve client’s privacy.

Can I schedule a family session through on-line counseling?

Yes. Request family counseling and you will be instructed on how to include others into the session.

What happens if I cancel within 24 hours of my appointment?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged 100% of the original price of the session.

What is the difference between a “consultation” and an “appointment”?

In a consultation, the client will have the opportunity to meet the counselor and as questions about services and practice. During the consultation the client will not have access to formal evaluations. All consultations are free and for 30 minutes. The treatment will begin with an official appointment where the client will be charged with rate based upon service listing.
