My name is Abbey Wanner
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida, dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate the emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges that arise throughout life.
At Arobase, I work to cultivate a compassionate, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing process. I believe that everyone’s story is unique, and meaningful change becomes possible when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world with honesty and courage.
My therapeutic approach draws from trauma-informed psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. These frameworks guide me in meeting clients where they are—whether their struggles stem from past trauma, present stressors, limiting thought patterns, or deeper questions of purpose and identity. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop emotional resilience, and reconnect with a sense of agency in their lives.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals facing life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and the lingering effects of traumatic experiences. I take a collaborative stance in therapy, offering tools and perspectives that encourage growth while honoring each person’s pace and inner wisdom. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to heal and hopeful about the path ahead.
