Consultations - 30 mins FREE
- (60 mins)-$175
- (75 mins) - $200
- (90 mins) - $275
- 90 Min Evaluation with Written Report - $350
*( If process needs to be expedited - session scheduled and report complete in less than 1 week additional $100)
Reduced Rate Services:
- Support Group: $10 /meeting
- Grad Student Intern: $30/ 50-60 mins
- Master’s Level Interns: $60/ 50-60 mins

Late Fee Policy
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, clients will be charged 100% of price of session. If you need to cancel please call or text 904-580-4387 leave a message or send a message through patient portal.
No-Show Policy
Not attending a session without proper cancellation will result in being charged full price for originally scheduled session.
