Stacy Machell Maria Douglas is a public servant, educator, and emerging Industrial-Organizational Psychology graduate with over 19 years of experience in the federal sector. A former IRS Revenue Officer, U.S. Navy veteran, and Army brat who grew up in Vicenza, Italy, and Hanau, Germany. Stacy brings a deeply personal and intergenerational understanding of service, resilience, and transformation. She is the daughter of Master Sergeant Thurston Lee “Stone” Williams, a two-tour Vietnam War veteran and Purple Heart recipient, and an Air Force mom.
Holding a B.S. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) and an A.A. in Business Fundamentals (Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix, Stacy is also a certified Acceptance Agent and Enrolled Agent for the Internal Revenue Service and is dedicated to making federal systems more accessible to marginalized communities. As founder of JuneteenthSC LLC, she provides culturally grounded financial literacy and trauma-informed education to underserved populations, including women, veterans, and mission-driven organizations. Stacy is passionate about designing workplace solutions that promote ethical governance and organizational sustainability. Her facilitation and curriculum design centers on trauma-informed care, behavioral systems, and culturally responsive leadership: An approach that values balance, integration, and interconnectedness.
A recipient of a sacred naming ceremony in Côte d’Ivoire, Stacy carries the ancestral names Cha Cha Aye of Diangobo and the gifted South African name of Makanaka. These identities inform her global vision; to create systems of healing and empowerment that reach across continents and even into outer space. She invites connection with those working toward workforce development, transformative leadership, and resilient legacy- building initiatives.
